Core evaluated a stabilizer. intensity satisfaction measured Visual Analog Scale. Patients' kinesiophobia levels assessed using Tampa Kinesiophobia Patients randomized into three groups according interventions as: Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation exercise group (n = 9), 14) control group. duration applications 3 days per week 6 weeks.

Background: Poor balance performance and impaired postural control have been frequently reported in patients with low back pain. However, postural control is rarely monitored during the course of treatment even though poor postural control may contribute to chronicity and recurrence of symptoms. Therefore, the present study aimed at investigating the effect of a nonextensible lumbosacral orth...

Purpose: Low back pain (LBP) is one of the main causes of disability in adults. Approximately 80% of LBPs lead to chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNSLBP). Damages to back region may be due to weak musculoskeletal structure, impaired muscle or joint flexibility, changes in muscle tone, and reduced strength and endurance. A set of exercises by small ball was designed by the corresponding and f...
